One on one training designed personally for the client, clients can get workout plans and nutrition guidance- Trainers are contacted individually to set up appointments and services- Price of service varies based on individual person (How many sessions, add nutrition guidance etc.) Prices can be discussed with trainers.
Want the benefits of having a personal trainer but don’t want to do it alone? We offer buddy and small group training sessions that are designed to benefit a group that have similar goals and want to do their workouts together with guidance from our trainers.
Drop In Classes
Join anytime! No need to sign up or call ahead, just show up!
Cost: $5/class for Members, $10/Class for Non-Members. Punch cards are good for 10 classes are $45 for members and $90 for non-members.
Bootcamp is not a drop in class, this is a 6 week progression class that focuses on all areas of the body to increase strength and stamina. Each class focuses on new movements to improve your overall fitness. Class taught by Tyler Tobin is our #1 attended group fitness activity, we have been holding Bootcamps since June of 2020 with incredible feedback. Go to the Events page to sign up!
Youth Lifting Group
We offer an option for kids to learn how to lift safely! These small groups give our youth athletes the opportunity to lift and workout within the gym while making sure they are learning proper technique and staying safe while in the gym. This also gives the kids confidence while in the gym and gives them the tools to learn healthy lifestyle habits!
